NTT DATA in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking an L2 Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will actively provide support for resolving L2 issues with detailed analysis and contribute to code fixes and rigorous testing where required.

Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL, scripting languages, and Java development experience are preferred as you work across product servers and clients on state-of-the-art platforms. Collaboration with global teams is essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Unix, SQL and knowledge of other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java.

• Provide L2 application maintenance and support with detailed analysis.

We are currently seeking a L2 Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis. Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required

Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scriptng languages

Experience in Java development and application support.

Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.

Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery

Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the applications

Work effectively in collaboration with other team members

Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams

Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions

Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support.

Unix, SQL and knowledge of other scripting languages

Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java
