NTT DATA is seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our Guadalajara team in Jalisco, Mexico. The role focuses on providing L3 support for complex production issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing preventive actions while coordinating with multiple engineering teams.

You will be involved in infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD processes, with emphasis on Java/Python debugging, and leveraging tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab.

Formación

• Must be comfortable coding and debugging in Java or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes and front end development tools such as REACT.
• Experience in a support role with shifts including bank holidays.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, CVS, SVN, GIT, Maven, GITLAB, Docker and Jenkins.
• Work experience on SDLC, LINUX system platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and drive support resolution with internal stakeholders and other Controls Engineering teams.
• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve client issues.
• Look for opportunities to automate processes and use AI tooling.
• Manage incidents and post-mortems; ensure SLAs are met.
• Create documentation/runbooks and code snippets for clients and internal teams.
