NTT DATA in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking an L2 Support Specialist to analyze and resolve complex issues, assist in code fixes, and perform thorough testing. You will collaborate with global teams to support Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms, driving continuous improvement and performance gains.

Strong RCA capabilities, effective communication, and experience in a global environment are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years in application maintenance and support.
• Unix, SQL and scripting language knowledge.
• Knowledge of Java preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 support for resolution of issues with detailed analysis.
• Assist in code fixes and rigorous testing when required.
• Support Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery initiatives.
• Focus on enhancing application performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across regions.
• Provide technical feedback to Development teams.
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
