NTT DATA, Inc. in CDMX is seeking an L2 Support Specialist to join our team. You will actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis and help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.

The ideal candidate has good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages, experience in Java development, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to improve delivery and performance of product servers and clients.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Unix, SQL and knowledge of scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java.

Responsabilidades

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery
• Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the applications
• Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
• Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams
• Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions
• Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment
