DiDi Global is seeking a Jr BDM in Puebla, Mexico to lead city-level courier operations, own KPIs, and drive retention initiatives. You will coach Captain teams, optimize processes, and shape city-level strategies for improved rider experience and platform performance.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional efforts within the courier ecosystem, leveraging data to guide decisions and ensuring strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of operations or team management experience in O2O, logistics, food delivery, or ride-hailing.
• Ability to identify operational anomalies and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own city-level KPI metrics for Shift courier operations and translate goals into daily action plans.
• Lead and coach the Captain team to improve exception handling and rider communication.
• Develop city-level intervention strategies and standardize SOPs for Captains.
• Oversee rider experience initiatives and retention programs with a feedback loop to management.
