Lalamove in Mexico City is seeking a Driver Growth & Operations Manager to lead Driver Supply, the most strategic area of our marketplace. You will drive acquisition, activation, fulfillment, and retention, while delivering on growth and service KPIs across LATAM and beyond.

The role requires 5+ years in Operations or Growth within tech or marketplace settings, with strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years in Operations, Growth, Marketplace, Supply, or Strategy in tech or marketplace businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business impact.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational excellence.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with complex business challenges.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Driver Supply strategy and drive sustainable marketplace growth.
• Lead initiatives to increase driver acquisition, activation, fulfillment, and retention.
• Optimize marketplace performance with data-driven decisions and operational improvements.
• Lead the Driver Operations team to deliver growth and service KPIs.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to launch strategic projects and scalable solutions.
