Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Management, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or operational planning.
• Experience in gig economy or mobility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement courier models based on business needs.
• Lead lifecycle of new courier initiatives from design to execution.
• Establish metrics to track courier experience and retention.
