Industry experience: 5+ years in franchise operations or supply growth; on-demand delivery preferred.

Team leadership: cross-functional collaboration and steering cross-department initiatives.
Language skills: Excellent English proficiency for business communication.
Preferred qualifications: familiarity with vendor management or rider operations systems.

Responsabilidades

Capacity Model Research & Innovation: research capacity models and define vendor/rider profiles.
New Model Exploration & Implementation: lead exploration and scaled deployment of new capacity forms.
End-to-End Supply Growth Management: design and execute supply and rider growth strategies, pipeline management, onboarding, conversions.
