DiDi Chuxing in Mexico City is seeking a Supply Operations Specialist to lead the delivery experience and standards across the courier and merchant network. You will diagnose issues, talk to merchants and users, and build data-driven requirements for training and enforcement.

You will define pragmatic standards that work on the front line, validate them in real operations, and partner with Product to embed governance through the system. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in delivery experience, fulfillment operations, service standards, or a comparable field.
• Grounded front-line execution ability: willingness to visit stations, run deliveries firsthand, and call on merchants.
• Strong user sensitivity: identify pain points from front-line observation and feedback, not just dashboards.
• Solid data analysis capability: pull, break down, and attribute data; proficient with AI tools for productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose delivery experience across every node of the journey and identify critical scenarios.
• Talk directly to merchants and users to gather feedback and validate issues.
• Conduct rigorous analysis to quantify problems and prioritize investments.
• Define and enforce delivery experience standards that are trainable and auditable.
• Create scenario-specific standards for rain, high-value orders, high-rise buildings, and peak hours.
• Drive education systems for vendors and couriers with onboarding and certification.
• Track experience metrics and run field validation to ensure standards are followed and iterated.
