DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a User & Merchant Growth Senior Analyst to drive growth for our rapidly expanding platform, blending data-driven analysis with interpersonal skills to manage users and merchants.

You will engage merchant partners, create growth strategies, and build deep data insights to improve user experience while collaborating with commercial teams to maximize ROI.

Formación

• 1 year of online Grocery/Food delivery growth roles is mandatory.
• Operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or tech industry is a plus.
• Data driven with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
• Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Engage merchant partners and grow the user & merchant base through online/offline strategies.
• Build deep data insights on users and merchants to guide growth initiatives and improve UX.
• Use data to understand behavior and ROI, collaborating with commercial and merchant partners to identify opportunities.
