Amazon is seeking an Inbound Area Manager Jr. for a Fulfillment Center in Tepotzotlán, Mexico. You will lead and develop a team of 50–150 hourly associates, ensuring safety, quality, and customer experience while driving productivity.

Responsibilities include managing rotating shifts, overtime during peak periods, and leading Lean-based process improvements to meet KPIs and operational goals.

Formación

• Rotating, flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of team management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
