Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Manager for our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) operation. You will lead multiple hourly teams, coach managers, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts to meet service commitments.

Formación

• 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; English fluency valued.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a department/area of hourly associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency across shifts.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises across operations.
• Build partnerships with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to execute strategies.
• Create and maintain performance management tools to drive accountability.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 49 pounds as required.
