Amazon Mexico's MXCF Operations is seeking an Area Manager for our new Inbound Cross Dock IXD in Lerma, Estado de México. You will lead multiple hourly teams, coach managers, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while implementing innovative processes.

You'll analyze complex data, partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to shape long-term strategies and efficiency. This founding team role offers growth, inclusion, and impact across Amazon's Latin America network.

Formación

• 3+ years leading and coaching teams with performance metrics.
• Experience managing flexible schedules including nights/weekends.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple departments/areas of hourly associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency across multiple areas/shifts.
• Analyze complex data and metrics to identify trends, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement projects that impact multiple departments.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery across a broader scope while ensuring standardization across operations.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop and execute long-term strategies.
• Create and maintain performance management tools to drive accountability.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
