Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a large team in a fulfillment center. You will coach, mentor, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years in people/performace management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. Flexibility for weekends and overnight shifts is needed. Join a global leader in online retail operations.

Formación

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in English-language communication skills (written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field preferred.
2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead, manage, and develop a team of 50 to 100 Amazon Associates.
Communicate policies and act as the primary information source for the team, ensuring compliance and taking corrective action when needed.
Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure quality.
Lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and track tasks.
