Amazon in Mexico is seeking an Operations Manager to lead inbound, outbound, or cross-functional processes in a Fulfillment Center. You will mentor a team of 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, driving safety, compliance, and high-performance culture.

You will guide daily capacity planning, implement standard work, and pursue Lean-driven improvements to continuously improve cost and customer experience across shifts.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 8+ years of operations management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of Strong Operations Management Proficient in Data Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers and hourly associates with Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Act as primary information source for the team, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and recognition.
• Execute daily capacity planning to guarantee site success.
• Create, communicate and maintain quality policies and standard work procedures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers.
• Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and balancing labor.
• Evaluate performance objectives to determine inbound/outbound productivity to meet timelines.
