Amazon Logistics in Mexico City is seeking an Area Manager I, Operations to oversee daily inventory control, quality assurance and capacity planning within the warehouse. You will lead an hourly workforce and partner with safety, engineering and HR to meet service metrics and cost targets.

Responsibilities include audits, process improvements, KPI deep dives, and promoting changes to support on-time customer delivery.

Formación

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Create balance between work and fun with associates under scope.
• Internal audits execution, ensure the team execution to accomplish the business goals.
• Support process improvement activities associated with inefficiencies and/or new functions.
• Assist in development, documentation, deployment and monitoring of key business processes for AMZL Mexico.
• Follow up and dive deep KPIs of operations within the delivery station and develop workflows and metrics.
• Promote organizational change and measure drivers' performance and customer experience.
