Amazon in Mexico's Jalisco region seeks an entry-level Area Manager to lead a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution center. You will coach, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring safety, quality, attendance and high engagement while aligning with Amazon's leadership principles.

The role requires flexibility to work 4x3 or 5x2 schedules, non-remote work, and collaboration with the management team to meet customer demand and uphold operational standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience defining KPI goals and strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 30–100 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies and act as primary information source.
• Create and manage recognition and communication programs.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and loss prevention.
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Develop performance goals to meet customer demand and ensure accuracy.
