Flex, a diversified manufacturing partner, seeks an IT Support professional based at the Guadalajara North campus. You will explore complex business problems and deliver automated, customized, and standardized system solutions while designing efficient processes.

You will troubleshoot malfunctions, research risks, and work with stakeholders to provide viable solutions. The role focuses on supporting IT applications, onboarding and training plans, and proactive end-user assistance across multiple

Formación

• Database knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with complex data analysis and problem solving.
• Previous IT support experience or similar roles.
• SQL proficiency.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support IT applications and propose new tools.
• Provide physical and technical support for IT services.
• Develop onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
• Build out communications templates for internal use.
• Identify data/analysis needs and satisfy them with solutions.
• Understand end user needs to maximize IT service usage.
• Educate and provide ongoing support via email, phone, live chat or in-person.
• Identify growth opportunities and promote IT service adoption.
• Conduct regular reviews and monitor user experience KPIs.
• Act as trusted advisor and advocate for users.
