Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara North campus seeks an IT Support professional to explore complex business problems and implement automated, customized systems while designing efficient processes.

You will troubleshoot, support IT applications, train users, and partner with stakeholders to drive adoption. The role requires SQL knowledge, data analysis, and proven experience in similar positions. We offer life and medical insurance, Christmas bonus, food coupons, and a saving fund.

Formación

• SQL knowledge and ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and complex documents.
• Experience with databases and understanding of data relationships.
• Experience solving complex issues with analytical evaluation of multiple factors.
• Proven experience in similar IT support roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT applications and systems efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support IT applications and evaluate new tools as needed.
• Provide physical and technical support for IT service elements.
• Develop onboarding, adoption, and training plans for users.
• Create communications templates and improve user outreach.
• Generate data-driven insights to meet analytics needs.
• Understand end users and maximize IT services usage.
• Offer education and ongoing support via email, phone, live chat, or in person.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize IT service adoption.

Job Summary

The IT Support will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You’ll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.
• Physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.
• Development of onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
• Build out communications templates.
• Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
• Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
• Educate and provide ongoing support whether it by email, phone, live chat or in-person.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
• Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.
• Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.
• Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention

• Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• SQL, Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
• Experience with Troubleshooting
