Flex is seeking an IT Support specialist based at the Guadalajara North campus to explore and implement automated, customized IT solutions. You will design frameworks, troubleshoot issues, and engage stakeholders to deliver consistent IT services. Strong problem-solving, SQL, and data-analysis skills are required for this role.

The role involves onboarding, training, and continuous support across email, phone, live chat, or in person, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Experience in IT support or similar role.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
• Database knowledge is a plus; SQL proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support IT applications and propose new tools.
• Provide physical and technical support for IT services.
• Develop onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
• Create communications templates for IT processes.
• Assist users via email, phone, live chat or in person; ensure optimal IT service adoption.
• Monitor user experience KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for all users.
