Job summary

BYD Mexico is seeking an IT Business Systems Jr. Analyst to support the dealer network and internal teams by managing CRM issues, coordinating system enhancements, developing BI dashboards, and driving the adoption of digital platforms.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a 0–2 year background in IT, CRM support, or business analysis; knowledge of BI dashboards and third‑party integrations is preferred. Automotive familiarity with FineBI or Sprinklr is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Systems, or Software Engineering.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical IT Business Systems Jr. Analyst to support BYD’s dealer network and internal teams by managing CRM issues, coordinating system enhancements, developing BI dashboards, and driving the adoption of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer CRM Support: Provide functional and technical CRM support to approximately half of BYD’s dealer network, troubleshooting issues and coordinating their resolution.
• System Enhancements: Gather dealer feedback, document business requirements, coordinate with development teams, and track progress to ensure timely implementation.
• BI Dashboards: Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using FineBI, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting.
• Sprinklr Management: Maintain the Sprinklr platform, train the Marketing team, and drive adoption of its functionalities, including AI-powered chatbots.
• Third-Party Integrations: Coordinate system integrations between BYD’s official website and external providers, including banks.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate of the bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Systems, Software Engineering,
• Desirable experience in CRM support, business systems, IT business analysis, or application support. Maximum 2 years.
• Knowledge of BI dashboards, system requirements, and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Automotive industry experience and familiarity with FineBI or Sprinklr are preferred.
