BYD Mexico is seeking an IT Business Systems Jr. Analyst to support the dealer network and internal teams by managing CRM issues, coordinating system enhancements, developing BI dashboards, and driving the adoption of digital platforms.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a 0–2 year background in IT, CRM support, or business analysis; knowledge of BI dashboards and third‑party integrations is preferred. Automotive familiarity with FineBI or Sprinklr is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Systems, or Software Engineering.
• 0–2 years in CRM support or IT business analysis.
• Experience with BI dashboards, system requirements, and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and follow up.
• Automotive industry experience and familiarity with FineBI or Sprinklr preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide CRM support to BYD's dealer network and internal teams.
• Coordinate system enhancements and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards using FineBI.
• Train the Marketing team on Sprinklr and drive adoption of its features.
• Coordinate third-party integrations between BYD sites and external providers.
