BYD MÉXICO is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our finance team. The role involves managing accounts receivable across multiple clients and ensuring accurate revenue record-keeping. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years' experience in a similar role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or industrial company.
• At least 3 years of experience managing financial teams in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work under deadlines and process automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Track and manage accounts receivable across multiple clients and business lines.
• Record and reconcile incoming revenue transactions accurately and on time.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with timely data.

Key ResponsibilitieS

• Track and manage accounts receivable across multiple clients and business lines
• Record and reconcile incoming revenue transactions accurately and on times
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with timely data
• Assist in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain ongoing communication with global finance teams, ensuring alignment with internal policies and reporting standards

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, Business administration or related fields
• Professional proficiency in English is a Must
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or industrial company
• At least 3 Years of experience managing financial teams in a corporate enviroment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
