Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking an Internal Trainer to deliver established learning solutions for Service Operations audiences, including supervisory and professional learners. You will plan, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs.

The role requires 2+ years in Learning & Development, bilingual English/Spanish, customer support experience, and familiarity with LMS systems. Availability to work five days a week within 7am–9pm CT is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Learning & Development or related training.
• Experience in customer support and/or contact center.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Availability to work 5 days a week within 7am–9pm CT.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction and facilitates learning for all audiences.
• Partners with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities and improve results.
• Takes ownership of training delivery including class setup and LMS coordination.
• Leads meetings on class results and performance with business leaders.
