Panasonic Corporation of North America is seeking an IT Analyst to deliver reliable technology support across Monterrey Operations. The role covers hardware, software, local network services, and end-user assistance, aligned with corporate standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in IT support within manufacturing, advanced English, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. This full-time on-site position offers growth within a global technology environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5–10 years of IT processes, infrastructure support, or related technical support experience.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, printers, mobile devices, and network basics.
Experience supporting end users in a manufacturing/operations environment with urgency and service orientation.
Advanced conversational English skills.
Six Sigma Green Belt is required; Black Belt is preferred.

Responsabilités

Administration of computer equipment, software, frequency radios, and local network.
Support and promote IT policies, processes, and standards aligned with corporate methodologies.
Educate and assist end users on cybersecurity and technology risks.
Follow IT processes, security controls, and compliance requirements to protect assets.
Manage warranty processes and coordinate asset handling with Dell Leasing.
Review monthly IT department expenses and support accurate tracking and reporting.
