nVent is seeking an Onsite End User Support specialist in Monterrey to provide Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will diagnose incidents, support Windows 11, M365, Teams, Outlook, and enterprise applications, and help onboarding and workstation setups.

You will act as the primary onsite IT contact for employees and leaders, handle hardware deployments, and participate in device lifecycle management while collaborating with global teams.

Formación

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English required.
• 1+ years of IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting offices with 100+ employees.
• Strong desktop and mobile device problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID/Active Directory, Networking fundamentals, printer support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application incidents.
