Lululemon Athletica in Mérida, Mexico seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, share product knowledge, and embody our community and culture. You will engage guests, understand needs, and support seamless in-store and omnichannel transactions.

You will foster inclusion, teamwork, integrity, and enthusiasm while maintaining the luxurious store environment and driving superior customer care. Flexible schedule may apply.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and local requirements (EMEA note may appear in some postings)
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move around the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to improve service.
