Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas seeks an In Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, guiding them through menus and products to create memorable experiences.

Role requires at least 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels, strong cocktail and wine knowledge, and professional bilingual communication in Spanish and English. You will operate in a fast-paced setting with a strong emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Proactive and guest-focused.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide food and beverage service to guests in the In Room Dining outlet, guiding them on menu concepts and products to meet expectations.
• Maintain impeccable service quality and calm execution in high-volume environments.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations and assist with training.
• Engage with guests proactively, anticipate needs, and ensure accurate billing and timely setup.
• Follow FS service sequences and participate in daily tasks and shifts as trained.
• Attend training and comply with annual learning programs.
