Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Cabo San Lucas seeks a talented Sous Chef to lead the Kitchen’s food production area, plan and coordinate operations, and ensure superior quality and consistency across all menus.

You will train and coach team members, manage costs, uphold sanitation standards, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Ability to operate F&B computer systems and related equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Select, train, and lead kitchen staff to meet Four Seasons standards.
• Assist in recipe planning and ensure consistent preparation and presentation.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling and budgeting.
