Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas East Cape is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Fluent Spanish and English are required; you should have at least 2 years in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, with luxury hotel or fine dining experience a strong asset. Proficiency in Micros and Opera, plus solid computer skills, are preferred. We also offer transport from San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo to the resort.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory Food & Beverage role.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with Micros and Opera and strong computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain service standards and quality, reviewing and adjusting as needed.
• Monitor and coach team performance; assign daily tasks and provide feedback.
• Be visibly present during peak service to support the team and operations.
• Uphold brand service sequences and professional guest interactions.
