Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate daily restaurant operations and uphold the brand's exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, train and coach the team, and ensure service standards during peak periods, with bilingual Spanish/English fluency and luxury-hotel experience preferred.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, familiarity with Micros and Opera systems,

Formación

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience (2+ years) in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Micros and Opera systems.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guests receive professional, courteous, and efficient service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all restaurant operations and perform all service duties as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to service and quality standards.
• Assign daily responsibilities, monitor performance, and coach team members.
• Remain visibly present during peak service periods to support the team.
