Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Room Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional F&B service, guide guests through the menu, and take orders with options. You will work in a luxury setting, maintaining standards and collaborating with the team to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ultra-luxury hotels, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while upholding safety and hygiene guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proven stress management and composure under pressure.
• Comfort with computer systems in hotel operations.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive F&B team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide F&B service by guiding guests through the menu and concepts.
• Take orders, offer options, and deliver attentive service.
• Maintain high service quality and assist teammates as needed.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.
