Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, invites applications for a Sous Chef - Room Service to support daily culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service. You will lead Room Service staff, help plan menus, and maintain food safety standards in a luxury resort setting.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, experience in Room Service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years in a sous chef or senior supervisory culinary role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience supporting Room Service / In-Room Dining culinary operations.
• Strong leadership to train, motivate and supervise culinary teams.
• Proven ability to maintain Four Seasons culinary standards and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Room Service culinary staff to meet standards.
• Assist in planning and executing Room Service menus and recipes.
• Oversee daily Room Service kitchen operations across all shifts.
• Manage labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory for Room Service.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
• Monitor quality and portion control for all Room Service items.
• Collaborate with In-Room Dining management and F&B leadership for seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams and participate in operational meetings.
