Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers in delivering luxury food and beverage service. You will guide guests through outlet concepts, maintain high service standards and ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will work with a team that values training, safety and a genuine family spirit, while absorbing FS training and adhering to service sequences and hygiene guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English language.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.
• Schedule availability.
• This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Provide food and beverage service to guests and clients according to the outlet concept.
• Guide guests in the outlet concept and products to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of F&B menus, ingredients, preparation methods and allergens.
• Attend and absorb training done by FS and follow service sequence standards.
• Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues and give recognition.
