Job summary

Bridge for Billions seeks a senior Business Development Manager to drive LATAM growth in Mexico City. You will own outreach, proposals, and negotiations with funders and partners, in collaboration with the Regional BDD. Autonomy and strategic alignment are essential.

Expect to manage a robust pipeline, map key ecosystem actors, and lead consultative sales with institutional partners. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven success closing deals with institutional partners.
• Hands-on operator with CRM experience (HubSpot).
• Strong presence for high-level negotiations.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the LATAM pipeline in Mexico and priority markets.
• Lead end-to-end outreach, proposals, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to own revenue targets.
• Map ecosystem actors and funders to identify opportunities.
• Maintain efficient pipeline management and timely follow-ups.
