Job summary

Bridge for Billions is seeking a Fundraising Manager to drive growth in Mexico by securing funding from foundations, corporations, and development agencies. You will own the full fundraising pipeline from prospecting to closing, coordinating with regional and global teams to align donor priorities with Bridge’s program needs.

The role requires a proven track record in institutional fundraising, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to secure multi-year funding commitments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of fundraising experience in institutional funding or philanthropic partnerships.
• Proven ability to secure significant funding commitments (e.g., $50K–$200K+).
• Experience managing opportunities end-to-end from prospecting to closing.
• Strong proposal development, budgeting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and manage complex funding processes.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize funders whose priorities align with Bridge's mission.
• Manage a pipeline of funding opportunities with targets and plans.
• Develop relationships with foundations, corporations, multilaterals, and development agencies.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and funding close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and report on fundraising progress.
