About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across Latin America. In this fully remote position, you will identify, engage, and onboard new partners and affiliates; build and nurture long-term relationships; and help expand the companys presence across markets such as Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru and more. Your role will be central to driving mutual growth and business success throughout the LATAM region.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates and manage their onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to expand and retain the partner network, setting performance goals and key metrics, and delivering tailored support to optimize engagement and productivity.
  • Provide regular training and updates to partners about company offerings, tools, and market developments; monitor performance via data-driven KPIs and deliver actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to ensure alignment, help produce promotional materials and partner-oriented initiatives, and support smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor activity, and market conditions across LATAM; use insights to refine partner programs and maintain competitive advantage.
What You Bring
  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1) with strong written and spoken communication, plus good proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or regulatory knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships, affiliates, or broker/partner networks ideally within financial services or regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, compliance and governance frameworks, market operations, and partner-management models
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills; ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset, capability to identify new market opportunities, build growth strategies, and adapt to shifting regional dynamics
