Job summary

MSCI Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional to lead Sustainability & Climate campaigns across the Americas. You will collaborate with product, research, sales, PR, design and events teams to drive client engagement and visibility.

The role emphasizes content development, digital tools, event support, and performance tracking in a fast‑growing global function. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial or professional services.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, climate investing, or corporate responsibility in an investment context.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex sustainability insights into client narratives.
• Strong project management, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver marketing campaigns across the Americas from planning to execution with segmentation and success metrics.
• Source and secure advertising and sponsored content to support goals.
• Project manage cross‑functional campaign deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
• Develop content updates and digital tools for Sustainability & Climate pages on msci.com.
• Coordinate maintenance of evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets and brochures.
• Support planning and execution of digital and in‑person events for regional and global priorities.
• Track campaign performance including awareness, engagement and conversion metrics.
• Monitor evolving sustainability and climate investing trends and regulatory developments in the Americas.
