Job summary

MSCI Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional to support Sustainability & Climate initiatives. The role focuses on developing and executing campaigns across the Americas, collaborating with product, research, sales, PR, design, digital, and events teams to strengthen MSCI’s presence and client engagement.

You will drive content updates, event support, and awards programs while tracking performance and staying ahead of industry trends in sustainability and climate investing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Interest in sustainability, climate investing, and corporate responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex sustainability and climate insights into client-ready narratives.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and stakeholder groups.
• Global awareness and sensitivity to time zones and cultures.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and associate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainability & climate marketing campaigns across the Americas from planning through execution.
• Source, secure, and deliver on advertising and sponsored content opportunities.
• Project manage campaign deliverables cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies and developers as needed.
• Develop content updates, creative ideas, and digital-first educational tools for Sustainability & Climate landing pages on msci.com.
• Coordinate and oversee updates of evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures.
• Respond to requests from client coverage and product teams for new client-centric materials, prioritizing and managing workflow.
• Support planning and execution of digital and in‑person events representing regional and global priorities.
• Manage the Sustainability & Climate awards program, including identifying opportunities and tracking results.
• Track and report on campaign performance, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Monitor trends and regulation in sustainability investing relevant to the Americas.
