Job summary

InvGate is seeking a bilingual Presales and Implementations Engineer to lead the successful implementation of ITSM & ITAM solutions for clients in a hybrid role based in CDMX. You will serve as the main customer-facing contact, translating business needs into actionable implementation plans and milestones.

Responsibilities include delivering demos and proofs of concept, supporting RFIs/RFPs, and coordinating with Product and R&D to resolve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software implementation projects.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, or IT operations processes.
• Advanced level of English.
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for ITSM & ITAM solutions, ensuring delivery and adoption.
• Act as main point of contact for customers during implementation, managing expectations and scope.
• Translate customer requirements into implementation plans, configurations, and milestones.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical validations, and proofs of concept as needed during sales.
• Collaborate with Sales on RFIs, RFPs, and solution validation from technical and implementation perspectives.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Produce documentation and guidelines to help customers configure and adopt the platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and best practices.
