Job summary

Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Mexico City to drive successful deployments for SMB to Enterprise clients. You will lead multi‑project implementations, configure the platform with POS and online ordering integrations, and deliver hands‑on training to ensure customer success.

Engage with Sales, CS, and Engineering to align on requirements and outcomes. You will collaborate across teams, resolve technical issues, and help refine implementation processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical implementation or customer support in SaaS.
• Led SaaS implementations for mid-market or enterprise clients.
• APIs & Integrations with data management; Postman for testing.
• Experience with POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• PM tools (JIRA, Asana) for tracking progress.
• CRM and ticketing systems (HubSpot, Zendesk).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects, managing timelines and client expectations.
• Configure the Deliverect platform to meet client needs, including POS and ordering integrations; use Postman for testing.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and partners; provide hands-on support during implementation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues; escalate to engineering or product teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate client feedback and drive enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and client experiences.
