Redwood Logistics in Querétaro, MX is seeking a Client Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations for key customer accounts, learning LTL, TL, and Intermodal as you plan loads, schedule pickups, and respond to customer requests. This full-time hybrid role after an initial period offers growth and a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with internal teams to manage carrier relationships, monitor shipments, and resolve issues while developing our systems knowledge and best

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• 1–2 years of logistics or client-support experience preferred.
• Experience with load planning and handling customer inquiries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and understand transportation & logistics industry and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts: data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, issue management.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Freight teams to manage relationships.
• Investigate delays and resolve missed pickups/deliveries and damaged freight.
