Redwood Logistics, LLC in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Client Logistics Coordinator. This full-time, hybrid position focuses on customer service, load planning, and daily operations for assigned accounts.

You will learn the transportation industry and systems while supporting LTL, TL, and Intermodal tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of business experience in a bilingual environment.
• Logistics experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the transportation and logistics industry and our processes.
• Load building, load planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Respond to customer requests via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Freight teams.
• Proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Assist with data entry and reporting tasks.
