REDWOOD LOGISTICS is seeking an Operations Customer Service Representative in Monterrey. The role supports Mexico customers with daily operational duties, coordinating carriers, updating loads in the TMS, and providing timely status reports.

The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote), with some after-hours and weekend expectations. Applicants should have strong communication skills and logistics experience in North America.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of logistics operations experience.
• Progressive experience in an operational role within transportation/logistics.
• English proficiency at least 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate carrier operations to ensure daily capacity and status updates.
• Manage carrier capacity to match customer needs within existing carrier base.
• Provide trailer details for traceability and documentation purposes.
• Record operations in TMS by creating loads/tenders and sending rate confirmations to carriers.
• Provide customers with visibility and updated status reports.
• Coordinate with carriers for regular updates and tracking reports.
• Communicate with customers, brokers, and consignees to resolve transport constraints.
• Update load status in TMS and ensure accuracy of costs, rates, dates.
• Meet with carriers to review opportunities and optimize capacity.
• Establish revisions and agreements to improve processes.
• Ensure documentation is ready for departure to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with broker for border crossing docs (DODA, entry).
• Ensure shipment arrival to border/warehouse with complete documentation.
• Coordinate delivery appointments with consignee and ensure timely delivery.
• Update and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively within Redwood network for support.
• Quote and source additional spot capacity when required.
• Support finance and intercompany when needed regarding load rates or carriers.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
