Redwood Logistics in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Manager Client Success to oversee daily operational duties for our Mexico customers within Redwood Mexico. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive implementations and reporting to ensure service excellence.

Requirements include a BS/BA (Master's preferred), 10+ years in transportation/logistics operations, 5+ years in customer-facing roles, English proficiency >90%, and cross-border

Formación

• BS/BA required. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in an operational role within transportation/logistics.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Working knowledge of cross-border MX/US/CAN.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage and own a portfolio of clients and their strategic account plans.
• Coordinate customer expectations with Redwood teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and own internal and external account reporting and dashboards.
• Conduct regular business reviews with each client, virtually and in-person.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer implementations and resolve escalated issues.
