Vertiv is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related roles across four LATAM countries. You will build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and local boards, handle country-specific compliance, and manage multiple requisitions with regional HRBPs.

You will maintain real-time data in ORC, drive offers through PandaDoc, and provide regular updates to managers and leadership, across time zones.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Services or technical environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Experience recruiting across multiple LATAM countries
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across time zones
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related Services positions across four LATAM countries
• Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards (OCC, elempleo, Bumeran, Computrabajo), and employee referrals
• Execute country-specific hire processes and pre-employment compliance in partnership with regional HRBPs
• Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions across multiple countries and role types
• Maintain accurate, real-time data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Manage offer processes via PandaDoc including country-specific templates and approvals
• Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership
