Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management, or Agent/Account Relationship roles.
• 2+ years in a people management or team lead capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales or service team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPI trends and recommend action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Inside Sales team to meet performance standards.
• Set team priorities, cadences, and portfolio assignments across corridors.
• Monitor rep-level KPIs and provide performance feedback and recognition.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for the Inside Sales team.
• Oversee agent portfolios to drive transaction and gross profit growth.
• Direct outbound call strategy to address performance declines and variances.
• Design and execute growth assurance initiatives and recovery strategies for at-risk agents.
• Own team achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate agent records and system data.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and agent support resources.
• Oversee collection of competitor pricing and market intelligence.
