Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Querétaro. You will build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of agents, drive increases in transactions and gross profit, and work with Revenue and Marketing to optimize pricing and support operations.

The role requires 1+ years in inside sales or similar, strong communication, and Excel proficiency. Expect a results-driven environment with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field
• Bilingual English-Spanish is required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Assertive and target-driven approach; stress resilience; client orientation
• Advanced MS Excel skills; detail orientation; team-oriented, able to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture strong relationships with agents to ensure long-lasting collaboration with Ria
• Act as a problem-solver when agents face issues with day-to-day Ria business
• Self-organize a weekly plan to meet targets
• Provide or update branding solutions for agents per Marketing guidelines
• Support agents with troubleshooting equipment and processes
• Increase sales and market share of core products (money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, check cashing)
• Analyze reports and market data to reinforce performance trends and capitalize on opportunities
• Recommend pricing and agent commissions based on data
• Support compliance across departments and generate analytical sales forecasts
• Develop strategies and action plans to increase transactions and revenue
• Initiate high-volume outbound calls to develop and maintain agent relationships
