Samsara Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Lead to manage and grow our Inside Sales team and expand our customer base in the Mexico market.

You will mentor 7-9 Account Executives and drive strategic initiatives to improve sales outcomes. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Finance to optimize leads and deal flow, while upholding Samsara’s core principles of customer obsession and long-term growth.

Formación

• 6+ years of sales experience.
• Experience leading a sales team (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
• Proven track record of overachievement and coaching a team on outbounding.
• Experience with a Proof of Concept or Trial sales motion.
• Ability to provide upward feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop Senior Account Executives on outbound, deal progression, and quota attainment.
• Assist live with deal progression and negotiation.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Account Development for Mexico market leads.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance and Order Operations.
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to grow the Mexico market.
• Champion Samsara’s principles as we scale globally.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team.
