Ria Money Transfer, a global payments leader, seeks a Revenue Analyst II to support the US Agent Channel with precise pricing and revenue operations. You will analyze FX, fees, and commissions while protecting margin and enabling growth across corridors.

Ideal candidates are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong MS Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written required).
• Advanced MS Excel skills to manage large datasets and build models.
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards; Power BI preferred.
• Experience with ticketing/workflow tools (Zendesk, Jira or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process high-volume requests via email and ticketing systems with accuracy.
• Analyze FX, fees, and commissions to support profitable growth.
• Monitor agent profitability and propose corrective actions.
• Understand payer and settlement costs; apply to decisions.
• Support revenue optimization across corridors and regions.
• Maintain benchmarking and market intelligence on pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Ops, Treasury, BI and others.
• Build reporting outputs in Excel and Power BI to track KPIs.
• Apply product economics beyond remittances to improve competitiveness.
• Ensure traceability and escalation records for decisions.
